Make enough salt to completely bury your eggs in a dish for curing.
1 part of each salt of choosing— for 2 egg yolks I used about 1/2 cup each type of salt
1:1 smoked light grey Celtic sea salt : course kosher salt
Combine salt with 2 drops Lemon Jack terpenes by @trueterpenes
Egg yolks- whole, raw
Bury egg yolks in salt mixture and allow to cure for 12 hours for the creamy, gelatinous consistency pictured.
