Yields about 1/3 cup sauce, enough to thoroughly coat 6-9 chicken strips
Can serve 1-3 people
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Levo Infused Butter *
Crispy Chicken Strips (I used store bought here but you can use homemade or whatever you prefer, boneless or bone in wings, etc.)
1/4 cup Chulula Hot Sauce
1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 tablespoon fresh Meyer Lemon Zest
1 tablespoon finely diced fresh jalapeno
2 drops Lemon Jack Flavor Infused Terpenes by True Terpenes
Directions:
In Levo, activate and infused butter per recipe directions.
Prepare chicken according to directions on package or preferred recipe.
In small saucepan combine both hot sauces, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, black pepper, lemon zest and diced jalapeno, reduce by 25%.
Stir in 1 tablespoon infused butter and remove from heat, allow to cool slightly.
Once cooled, add 2 drops Lemon Jack Flavor Infused Terpenes by True Terpenes.
When chicken is cooked through, coat in Jack's Terpy Infused Hot Sauce.
Serve with Infused Ranch Dip!
Dosing*
Due to these recipes being sauces, an accurate estimation of dose is difficult to determine. Jack's Terpy Infused Hot Sauce contains approximately 30mg THC total when using the infused butter recipe made with the same THC %, amount of cannabis and method. If you use all the hot sauce and divide it between 3 servings of chicken, each serving is approximately 10mg THC. If the same THC %, amount of cannabis and method in the Infused Heavy Cream recipe then each tablespoon of Creamy Infused Ranch Dip is approximately 1.77mg THC or 37.2mg THC for the entire recipe.
