Bake 325 degrees F for approximately 13 minutes
Per Bar, approximately: 8g Protein, 210 Calories, 20 Carbohydrates
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 scoops protein and collagen powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter protein power
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon pure almond extract
1/2 teaspoon Grey Celtic Sea Salt
1 gram of RSO/FECO (Full Extract Cannabis Oil) - Dosing Guide If you use a full gram of 60% THC cannabis oil, each bar will be approximately 50mg THC
about half cup hot water to help loosen cannabis oil
Directions:
Place the gram of cannabis oil syringe into hot water and allow to sit for a few minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add the egg, coconut sugar, peanut butter, protein powders, salt, almond extract and cannabis oil, mix well.
Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
Pour onto lined 7x9in baking sheet and press firm and evenly into bottom of pan.
Remove from pan to cut into 12 even bars, place onto larger lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees F for about 13 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before packaging/storing.
*If you use a full gram of 60% THC cannabis oil, each bar will be approximately 50mg THC
